Osteopathy

Osteopathy integrates manipulations of the musculoskeletal system and myofascial release techniques to bring relief in the field of functional disorders.

Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapy practice is open to all. We work in individual sessions of 30min, 45min or 1 hour depending on your needs.

We take care of patients with musculoskeletal disorders in the context of trauma (sprains, etc.), orthopedic disorders (scoliosis, etc.), rheumatological disorders (lower back pain, osteoarthritis, etc.) or postoperative situations (fractures, prostheses, etc.).

Treatment of patients with pathologies, whether they are linked to the practice of high-level sports or not. This includes tendinopathies, ligament sprains, etc. We also offer reathletization for sports practice.

Pelvic floor physical therapy is a specialty within physiotherapy that focuses on strengthening and rehabilitating the pelvic floor muscles. This area is essential for supporting pelvic organs and plays a crucial role in controlling urinary and fecal continence, sexual function, and pelvic stability.

It is recommended to consult a physiotherapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy to prevent or treat urinary incontinence, relieve pelvic pain, or address any other pelvic floor dysfunctions. Throughout life, this is particularly relevant during preparation for childbirth, the postpartum period, or the natural aging of tissues.

Treatment of disorders and symptoms related to the temporomandibular joint, the skull, the face or the neck (meniscal dislocation of the temporomandibular disc,...) with the aim of recovering full ability to open your mouth while also reducing your pain.

Treatment of patients with lymphatic system disorders following oncological surgery, primary or secondary lymphedema.

Treatment of children and adults with pulmonary disorders (bronchitis, bronchiolitis, COPD, etc.).

Care for patients with acute and chronic neurological disorders (stroke, Parkinson's, cerebral palsy...).

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a medical practice that aims to diagnose and treat mobility restrictions affecting the balance of the body. The osteopathic approach attempts to recover the mobility of the different parts of the body and to restore harmony and overall physical balance.

Our medical care is preventive, curative and holistic. We approach each patient as a whole. The osteopath has a wide range of techniques at their disposal, which they adapt to the age, morphology, pain and emotional state of the patient.

This practice integrates, among other things, manipulations of the musculoskeletal system and myofascial release techniques to bring relief to the functional disorder.

Osteopathy can be indicated for children as well as for adults, for the elderly as well as for athletes. In addition to problems related to the spine, osteopathy also treats the entire musculoskeletal system (ankle, knee, hip, pelvis, shoulder, elbow, hand...).

WINBACK TECAR

The WINBACK Tecar technology uses tecar energy, combining capacitive and resistive currents to stimulate the body's natural healing process.

It generates an electromagnetic field that increases the temperature of tissues in a controlled manner, which improves blood circulation and accelerates cellular metabolism. This rise in temperature promotes tissue regeneration and reduces pain, thus speeding up healing in a comfortable way for the patient. This technique is particularly effective for a rapid and healthy recovery.

Tailored to the unique needs of each patient, the WINBACK Tecar therapy is effective for a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, chronic pain, and post-operative recovery..

KEISER FUNCTIONAL TRAINER

The Keiser Functional Trainer stands out from other strengthening machines due to its ability to mimic real-life movements, which is essential for both daily tasks and sports.

It uses air pressure to create smooth resistance, making it safer for muscles and joints. This approach allows for precise resistance adjustments, which is ideal for monitoring the patient's progress without risk.

Thanks to its flexibility and range of exercises, the Keiser allows for the creation of personalized programs for each patient, whether it's for recovering from a sports injury, managing chronic pain, or regaining strength after surgery. This means that each exercise session is specifically designed to meet your specific needs.
