Your care with Pierre Vesel

Pierre works with patients experiencing back and neck pain, as well as runners. Your assessment takes into account your symptoms, work and goals, rather than reducing your situation to a single posture or movement.

What does care involve?

  1. Assess

Discuss how symptoms have developed and assess the movements you find difficult.

  2. Adapt

Combine exercises, strengthening, manual therapy and advice according to your assessment.

  3. Review

Review everyday movements or return to activity and adjust your care.

Return to running with a suitable plan

Pierre considers your running habits, training schedule and the difficulties you encounter. Care focuses on progression suited to your abilities and goals, without setting a fixed return date in advance.

Before your first appointment

Can I book for pain associated with desk work?

Yes. Your assessment takes your activities and the situations that trigger or maintain discomfort into account. Care is then adapted to your situation.

Do I need an X-ray or MRI before my appointment?

Bring any documents you already have. This page cannot determine whether a scan is needed; seek medical advice if you are unsure.

What if my pain is mainly related to running?

You can book with Pierre and mention that your main concern is running. Your goals and running habits will be discussed during the assessment.
